
Razi Novo Product Warranty – Terms & Conditions
Applies to: All Razi Novo products supplied through authorised distributors.
1. Warranty Coverage
Razi Novo warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of invoice or delivery to the original purchaser, whichever occurs first.
Accessories, consumables, or detachable items (e.g. bulbs, screens, cables, batteries, or disposable parts) are covered for 6 months, unless otherwise stated.
2. Remedies
During the warranty period, Razi Novo will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective product,
- Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished unit, or
- Credit the purchaser for the product’s value (excluding freight and handling).
All replaced parts or products become the property of Razi Novo.
3. Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, accident, or unauthorised modification.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable components.
- Operation outside the specifications or failure to follow product instructions.
- Products not purchased through an authorised Razi Novo distributor.
- Products that have been opened, serviced, or repaired by unauthorised persons.
- Shipping or transit damage (unless pre-approved and arranged by Razi Novo).
Authorised distributors or service partners may carry out minor maintenance (e.g. lamp replacement or cable checks) if trained and approved by Razi Novo.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
- Notify Razi Novo or your authorised distributor in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect, providing product details and serial number.
- Obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) before sending goods.
- Return the product in its original or equivalent packaging, freight prepaid.
Razi Novo will assess and advise the resolution within a reasonable timeframe. Approved repairs or replacements will be returned freight-paid to the distributor.
5. Liability
Razi Novo’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the remedies above. Razi Novo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profit, downtime, or data.
No other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), are provided beyond those stated herein.
